# End User License Agreement (EULA) & License

By purchasing DASCA, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes. You may create and distribute works produced with DASCA without additional royalties or fees.

## 2. Restrictions

You **may not**:

- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the DASCA software itself
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Share your license key or access with unauthorized users
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary labels

## 3. Ownership

DASCA is a proprietary software product owned by Tapdig Soltanov. All intellectual property rights, including source code, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the copyright holder.

## 4. Output Rights

You retain full ownership and rights to any content, images, videos, or other works created using DASCA. You may use these outputs for any purpose, including commercial projects, without attribution requirements.

## 5. Warranty Disclaimer

DASCA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The copyright holder is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

## 6. Updates and Support

License holders may receive updates and bug fixes at the discretion of the developer. Technical support is provided as available but not guaranteed.

## 7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
