Getting started with the dithering application.

## Short Summary

This application is a desktop tool for applying visual effects to images, videos, and 3D content. It provides real-time preview and export capabilities with a variety of algorithms and styles.

## Overview

The application runs as a desktop program on your computer. You can load images, videos, or work with 3D scenes, apply various visual effects and algorithms, adjust settings in real time, and export the results.

## Main Features

**Image processing**

- Load images and apply visual effects with real-time preview.

**Video processing**

- Process video files frame-by-frame with playback controls.

**3D rendering**

- Work with 3D scenes and camera controls.

**Multiple algorithms**

- Choose from CRT effects, dithering, ASCII art, and more.

**Palette system**

- Use built-in palettes or create custom color schemes.

**Export options**

- Export as images (PNG, JPEG, WebP) or videos (H.264, Lossless MOV, GIF, PNG Sequence).

## Basic Workflow

1. Launch the application from your desktop.
2. Load content using drag-and-drop or the top menu (images, 3D or videos).
3. Select an algorithm from the **Mode** dropdown in the settings panel.
4. Adjust algorithm-specific parameters and view changes in real time.
5. Use the **Palette** panel to choose or create color schemes.
6. Export your work using the **Export** button.
